Attorney Sam Tabar Named Chief Operating Officer of Fullcycle Energy

Sam Tabar received a Bachelor’s and Master’s degree in Law from Oxford University in 2000. He then went to Columbia Law School for his Master of Laws degree. He is a licensed attorney who is practicing law in the state of New York. Tabar has an impressive list of accomplishments, including working as senior associate at Schlute Roth & Zabel LLP, which is a major law form.

Soon after, he received his big break and began working for PMA, where he was able to work directly with clients. It didn’t take long before he rose all the way to Managing Directory and Co-Head of Business Development. Sam Tabar stayed there for about 6 years, until another big opportunity arose. In 2011, he joined Merrill Lynch where he began to affiliate with the Asia-Pacific region. In 2014, Sam Tabar began managing his own practice and he has began to develop a career of hedge fund management all over the world.

In 2015, Sam Tabar was named the Chief Operating Officer for FullCycle Energy Fund, where he took responsibility for the company’s fund management strategy. Tabar was honored for the position and looked forward to delivering their mission of eliminating high costs. To add to his already impressive list of accomplishments, Tabar has also worked as an attorney for Skadden, Arps, Meagher and Slate & Flom. He was also Editor of the Columbia Business Law Journal. FullCycle Energy Fund’s goal is to invest in new traditional electric generation plants from polluting fuels of high cost, to environmentally friendly and low cost fuel derived from Municipal Solid Waste.
