Don Lindsay is a veteran economist, venture capitalist, and venture partner at New Enterprise Associates. After graduating from Yale College and Oxford University, he served as an economic advisor to the U.S. Senate Committee on Commerce during the debate on our landmark Telecommunications Act of 1996. In 1998, he founded the popular Technology Policy Group forum at Friedman.org and was Chairman of the Forum for Growth & Innovation in Palo Alto. He has been named one of America’s 25 most influential economists under age 40 by Business Week Magazine and one of the World Economic Forum’s “Young Global Leaders.” Dozens of newspapers and magazines around the country have profiled him. Don is also a co-founder and Vice Chairman of the New York-based Institute for Liberty, an organization focused on promoting smaller government in all areas, especially economic policy.
