Tom Sacco, the CEO and Chief Happiness Officer of Happy Joe’s Pizza & Ice Cream is proud to reveal that two enduring managers will be their most recent franchisees. Leslie Boynton and Heather Avery have eighteen years of authority and managerial experience, and they can’t wait to build on the enjoyable times they had at the store when they were managers.
Boynton will open up a new store in Galesburg, whereas Avery will keep up the brand presence by becoming the new owner & operator in Kewanee. Sacco expressed his honor at having the veteran Happy Joe’s management take over the two Illinois locations. He declared that they had a great understanding of the business.
Also, they had an unfaltering enthusiasm for building an entertaining family atmosphere which could bring joy to the local population each day. Furthermore, Sacco looked forward to seeing Happy Joe’s progress with them while they worked to expand further throughout the state. For the last eight years, according to Boynton, she has been fortunate enough to be part of a spirited team that produces many smiles from patrons and locals.
She cherishes Joe, the founder of Happy Joe’s Pizza Parlor and learned much by observing how he treated people; her mission is to create an atmosphere of hospitality and gladness every time someone enters the Galesburg establishment (Places).
Avery began as a server at age fourteen and slowly worked her way up to shift coach at 26 before becoming the general manager. Thus, always aspiring for more, she hopes to become an example for young females who wish to pursue their aspirations by dedicating themselves with commitment. Additionally, a memorial will be set up in the Kewanee Happy Joe’s restaurant honoring Robert Plum- Heather’s mentor, who passed away last year
