Greycoat Real Estate Outlines The Best Places to Live in the UK

Greycoat Real Estate is a company that specializes in the development and asset management of huge and complex building projects. It recently revealed the best places to live in the United Kingdom (UK) in 2024. According to the real estate company, North Berwick in East Lothian is the overall best town to live in the entire UK.

This seaside town replaces the East Sussex town of Wadhurst, which was the leading place in 2023, Greycoat assures. North Berwick is the first Scottish town to clinch the top spot since the Best Places to Live started more than 12 years ago.

It was selected because it boasts family-friendly houses, incredible outdoors, a magnificent school and a wonderful central business district, Greycoat shares. Judges who picked North Berwick as the winner claim they were impressed by the town’s easy access to Edinburgh, the numerous activities one can engage in regardless of age and its two beautiful beaches.

Other areas considered the best places to live in the UK by Greycoat Real Estate include Wivenhoe in Essex, Stirchley in Birmingham, Clerkenwell in London, Stockport in Greater Manchester, Sherbone in Dorset, Abergavenny in Monmouthshire and Portstewart in North Ireland.

Greycoat Real Estate terms these places as areas where you will experience energetic high streets, a great sense of community and proper transportation services.
