Michael Polk Joins Implus Corporation as Interim CEO

Implus Corporation, a leader in the athletic, fitness, and outdoor
accessories market, has named Michael Polk as its Interim Chief Executive
Officer. The company announced this leadership transition following the
departure of Seth Richards and Todd Vore, who have guided Implus for over two decades.

Michael Polk brings a wealth of experience to Implus, having previously served as President and CEO
of Newell Brands from 2011 to 2019. His extensive background includes
leadership roles at Unilever and Kraft, as well as a foundational career start
at The Procter & Gamble Company. Polk is also a distinguished member of the
Boards of Directors for Colgate-Palmolive Company and Logitech International.

The appointment of Michael Polk marks a significant step for Implus as the company seeks to accelerate
growth and expand its portfolio of leading brands. Dave Bordeau, Chairman of
the Implus Board of Directors, expressed confidence in Polk’s ability to drive the company forward.

“I am excited to join Implus Corporation and collaborate with Berkshire Partners,” Michael
Polk
stated. “Implus has a strong portfolio in on-trend categories, and I look forward
to working with the team to further develop these brands and enhance the company’s market position.”
