Real Estate Expert Nick Millican Sees London Leavers´ Reverse Trend

This article concerns Nick Millican experiences as a real estate expert. Media observers call them London’s “Boomerang Buyers.” It is people who leave London to purchase a home or rent somewhere outside the city. What has been driving significant numbers of “London Leavers” is the eye-watering cost of rents and the price of a home or flat.

But now many London Leavers are transforming into Boomerang Buyers. After a stint of living outside the nation’s capital, they found that life isn’t all it’s cracked up to be away from “the action.” And is something to consider once someone is contemplating buying a property. Note real estate expert and a prominent investor in the properties sector Nick Millican said that he has been noticing more people who have concluded that High-Price London is simply worth it.

We all appreciate having everything at hand. It’s where all the best culture is, the best restaurants can be found within walking distance, where public transportation precludes the need for an expensive car and so much more. Nick Millican called London one of the most cultured, vibrant and exciting cities in the world.

If rents are high and the price of a home is sometimes astronomical, high-paying jobs are also far more prevalent and meaningful, asset management expert Nick Millican believes (Greycoat).

Nick Millican acknowledges what is important for clients. More than half of the non-Londoners who purchased properties in the capital hail from the traditional commuter zone located in the South East. Furthermore, the number of buyers from the South West nearly tripled over the numbers of 2019.

It’s just more evidence of “change of lifestyle regret,” industry observers have suggested. Real estate agent Nick Millican said 2024 is likely to bring more changes with a general election in the fall and an expected reduction in the prime interest rate by the Bank of England soon.
