Roy Beck is the President and Founder of NumbersUSA, an organization that advocates for decreasing levels of immigration to the U.S. He also created The Immigration Reduction Unit, which is NumbersUSA’s policy arm that translates that advocacy into actionable public policy proposals at all levels of government. Roy has articulated a specific vision of how we can drastically reduce immigration without causing any harm to our economy or America’s global competitiveness.

Roy Beck served as the Executive Director of the Federation for American Immigration Reform. During his tenure at FAIR, he was a prolific writer and speaker on immigration policy. He wrote the book titled The Case Against Immigration: The Moral, Economic, Social and Environmental Reasons for Reducing U.S. Immigration Back to Traditional Levels” in 1998
Roy has written over 300 articles for newspapers and magazines such as The Chicago Tribune, The Los Angeles Times, USA Today, Washington Post, and Investor’s Business Daily. He is also the author of two books, one on immigration and one on education. In 2000 he wrote the book Immigration: The Moral Choice.
Beck has led numerous seminars and events, has appeared on hundreds of radio and television talk shows across the country, and is a weekly commentator on international media outlets, including Al-Jazeera America, The Wall Street Journal, Voice of Russia, Radio Berlin-Brandenburger Rundfunk, News on the Hour, Radio Libertad, Press T.V., and many others.
Beck is a frequent speaker at public gatherings. He has addressed the National Council of La Raza; the National Committee for Human Rights; a meeting of the Conservative Leadership Conference in Washington D.C.; The Heartland Institute’s Tenth Annual Conservative Conference; The Heritage Foundation’s Conservative Summit; and many other groups., Focus T.V., New Vision T.V. in Nigeria.
